"Very capable & pleasant dr but waiting nearly 2 hours to see him is too much."

"I told him I needed him to order tests that I may need at Beaumont, nothing more. Proceeded to cut and paste a ton of useless information in my visit notes going back to 2015. Completely missed updated information from November 2023's outside read of MRI and new pet scan from U of M. FYI, I saw Dr. Plaxe once to ask a question. At that time, he was useless. He could not answer questions about P53. I was able to handle that misdiagnosis on my own."

"Do not use this office for your loved ones. They don't return calls to their elderly oncology patients in a timely manner, 3 - 5 days later or not at all and they have to call the office again to reach anyone. My mother was recently in the hospital and Dr. Chisti, ignored all the messages from the night nurse on adjusting her care to comfort care. He never spent more than one minute with her or her family in her dying hours. His staff didn't even know that she went on hospice care because they don't read charts or care for their patients. Please, get better care for your loved ones with an office that cares!!!!"

And I absolutely love Hannah and Jenny!! Jenny always takes time to see how I'm doing. I used to be so anxious whenever I had to get blood work done. Now I am at ease knowing Jenny will be there!"
