"Went for a blood drawn on June 22nd. The person who did it was not nice and did a horrible job. It hurt a lot when she put the needle in and now my arm is covered in huge bruises! It's been 5 days and it still hurts! Will never go back there"

"I am absolutely appalled by how rude one staff member is in particular. I went in the office at 5:05 (they close at 5:30) to simply obtain a collection cup for infertility issues. Before I entered the office, the door was stuck. I looked at the staff member (she had red/maroon hair) and whispered “are you closed?” She sighed so hard I could practically hear it from 20 ft away. She moved her chair back, stared at me, and crossed her arms. Finally, the door opened after me trying to prop it open. She yelled at me to wear a mask before my foot was in the door. I am triple vaccinated and have absolutely no issues wearing a mask. However, I was given no chance to even reach for it before she yelled at me. She sat there, refused to speak to me, but continued to state at me like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life while her colleague helped me. Her colleague, a blonde haired older woman helped me and was kind. I am an attorney and have been for almost a decade and I can honestly say I’ve never been treated like this. This red-haired 50-60+ year old woman was absolutely the most heinous alleged professional I’ve ever encountered. She should never be seated at the front desk of any professional institution."

"I needed routine blood work and stopped by ~30min after opening on a weekday (Wed). This was my first time at this location, I was in and out in ~10 minutes. I walked in to no line, Mandeep assisted me immediately and was very kind and pleasant. Blood draw was excellent (I've had some painful ones over the years). I think I'll make this my go-to location for any lab work I need moving forward."

"As someone who gets their blood drawn pretty regularly I prefer this lab over anywhere else. I will go out of my way to come here due to the efficiency and amazing staff. I have never had a bad experience here and feel comfortable no matter who is doing the blood draw. I also feel extremely safe with the steps put in place since the COVID-19 pandemic and how well they are enforced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing labs done."
