"I was recommended by this place over the summer and i like them. And was amazing the first cut and also the 2nd time. My dog is only 5 pounds and i let his hair get longer during the winter and short in the summer. I took him to the groomer i spoke with heather and Lisa and informed them both all he needs is his round face and nails. He is not matted. My husband went and drop him off and explained again all he needs is round face and nails. After an hour they called my sister in law picked him and FaceTime me and i went crazy his hair was buzzed cut tail gone to the bone face was cut into a uneven mullet. I called and neither heather nor Lisa cared Lisa said call Monday to talk with her husband i did and he just stood there didn’t even apologized.
