"We’re very happy with our experience here. I called to see if they were accepting new pets, and they were able to get me in only a few weeks later. Even better, I was able to take all 3 of my cats at the same time. It made it very convenient. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable, and walked us through everything he was checking. They also took extra steps to make our cats more comfortable and relaxed, which was appreciated. Anyway, highly recommend them. This is definitely our new place to go!"

"I’ve always had a great experience whenever I had to take my cats Panther and Tommy to see Dr. Barta at Veterinary General. Last time I went there, it was a potential emergency with a new kitten I had just adopted. I called them and even though they were fully booked and Tommy was a new patient, Gail the receptionist was very nice and empathetic of the situation, went above and beyond and she said they would call me as soon as they had any availability and she actually did it! She called me the next day to bring Tommy and Dr.Berta saw him and correctly diagnosed him and prescribed an eye ointment that helped my cat. The technician Heather was also very professional. I highly recommend this clinic!"

"I took my cat here recently for a check up and vaccinations and was very pleased with their service. This veterinary office is easy to find and is clean and sanitary. The staff from the time I walked in until the time I left were all very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were great at helping my cat relax and be comfortable during her exam, vaccinations, and claw trimmings. I like how the veterinary doctor and his assistant handled and cared for my cat during our visit. They were both very easy to talk to, asked me helpful questions, and gave me helpful knowledge about the vaccinations, cat claw care, and other helpful cat care tips. Their service was quick, smooth, and thorough. Their prices for the exam, vaccinations, and claw trimmings were affordable and the prices were explained clearly to me when I called to schedule my cat's appointment...so no problems there with the cost either.
