"I took my poodle here after a very bad experience at another grooming place. The staff here is very caring and compassionate. When I dropped Nova off I was really nervous and she was shaking, the staff took their time with her and she stopped shaking after that I felt comfortable leaving her. When I came back to pick her up she was having fun playing with the pups that were on site. She was happy I was more than happy! I cannot say enough great things about them!! I will definitely be back!!"

"First visit and it was the worst haircut my baby has ever received! His face was not cleaned well…. still had a lot of the stain on his face from his tears and his facial hair was not cut evenly on his face! I took him back so that that may correct it, but there really was no difference at all! They out handed him back to me and turn their backs and walked away and said nothing while I was inspecting his face….How rude was that! Dont waste your money or time! A little hand lotion was rubbed on him after we left…. Due to me washing my hands…. Has nothing to do with what may have been on him! His face looked as though it was not touched!!! He did not get into anything!!!!"
