"Took my boxer to bark avenue boutique called in the morning got in right away very friendly and welcoming. my dog usually don’t do well with people she don’t know went right up to the guy and let him pet her she got her nails done and a bath and ears cleaned. My dog is so fresh smelling and her toes are perfectly clipped. Definitely will be going back"

"I scheduled an appointment for my small dog about a couple of days ago, and here I am the day of. Now for context, I will run the fire underneath myself for being about five to ten minutes late to my appointment and should've made a phone call in; but I don't think that gives the guy the right to be rude about it. My dog and I weren't even a step into the establishment when the groomer rudely stated that, "he was not doing my dog" and that he wasn't going to because "he didn't wanna get behind schedule." No Hello, no good morning, no nothing!! I couldn't even utter at least an apology for being late without him talking over me! On top of that, there was not one car outside in the parking lot besides my own and I'm assuming, the groomer's. I was assuming we were the earliest of appointments because no one else was there and expected such a nice, smooth transition for my little dog since it's only our second time visiting. I will not be returning if the atmosphere is horrible and the customer service is unwelcoming."

"I just Love how Gary is with my nieces dogs he does a wonderful job on Teddy and Zoe. Even after Teddy had burs and didn’t know he got sprayed when he got out of the yard. Smells and looks GREAT. Thank you so much."
