I stated that I didn't care on "lines" in their coat (they aren't show cats) I just wanted it to a quick groom & she did just that. I will definitely give her a call when they are due. "Kim has been grooming our dogs for 15 years mostly in her van here in the driveway at our home. We had really liked her and trusted her until last Friday January 5, 2024. She was here grooming one of them in her van, I was at an appointment and when I got home I sat in my car and watched her with my ten pound dog, Izzy, after about a minute I called my husband who was in the house to tell him that kim was abusing our dog, she was so rough with her, hit her in the head 3 times with her scissors and had her on her back two legs shaving her belly and flipped her over falling on her head. I approached her to get Izzy out of there and told her I seen everything, she kept saying I’m sorry I’m just so mad, Izzy is so difficult. All I can wonder is how many of my dogs and how many times has she abused them, feeling so angry and so betrayed by someone we trusted for 15 years. Anyone that can do what she did is an absolute monster."
