"Over the course of the last six years, my dog has had a few different groomers and I like to think I know how she's being treated based on her reaction to going to the groomer. When I take her to Shampooch, she immediately goes into the crate without even being asked and looks excited. I've taken my dog here for about two years now and they always do a good job and offer affordable prices for full grooming services. The owner also gave me great tips for getting the skunk smell out of my dog. I highly recommend."

"My husband and daughter took our two dogs there for the first time today. The door was locked so my husband called to find out if they were open. When the lady working there answered the phone she rudely asked if they were the ones trying to get in. She opened the door and said, “I haven’t even cleaned the tub out yet. I’m busy. It will be another ten minutes at least, God give me ten minutes.” Her demeanor and communication was very unprofessional. If she would have just asked if they could wait; it would have been perfectly fine. We will not return."

"If I could give no stars I would. I took my golden doodle in to just get a quote the lady there was extremely rude and said he needed all of his hair cut off because he’s matted and never had his hair combed before. I attacked a photo of my doodle and how he looked when I took him in."

"Awesome place and super nice staff! Everything you need to self wash your pup. They gave me a punch card to get a free wash after I think 7 visits, and a free Valentine's Day bandana. I have an 80 lb dog and he fit in the tub perfectly."
