"Not sure who could possibly be giving this business enough money that they're booked out more than a month ahead of time, but I can assure you they'll never get a dollar for me. Worst opening phone call I've ever received from anyone trying to run a small business. Of course they tried walking it back and even texting afterwards. If you think certain dog breeds are problematic and don't want to work with them, then list your policies, but in reality you just shouldn't work with animals. You're the exact reason why some have bad names. There aren't bad dogs, just humans that shouldn't have animals even more sad when you attempt to profit off of them as well. All she wanted was a bath. Trust me if your reading this go somewhere else I am."

"Well Micky does do a good job with the cuts. I have been a long time customer of hers. It's holiday season and life happens I get that but I am re-learning that business is not about loyalty or customer support it's only about money. Some how the people who run companies tend to forget about the customers who made them a success Dec 23, 24, 25, 26 nobody was available to accept calls because they was closed. Now here it is December 27 & I make a call to reschedule my dogs appointment now I get that these people today feel entitled & should be paid for appointment times but I only wanted/needed to push back the appointment for an hr or so. My request was followed up with, I'll need another deposit. WOW... Keep your deposit Micky, their are tons of places who will be happy to groom our dog. So much for customer service. I'm glad we was with you since the beginning."

"First time trying out this groomer and I was pleased with the experience until I noticed my dog had a cut and no one bothered to tell me when I picked him up. I called the next morning and told the owner I understood that accident happened but I wish someone had mentioned it. She denied the whole thing, told me she would refund my deposit for the next appointment I had booked. I told her I did not wish to cancel but she insisted, basically telling me to go elsewhere. Now 4 days later and still helping my pup' s cuccut with daily treatment referred by the vet."
