"I was absolutely smitten with Micki and the salon. I took my baby (oliver a 2 year old chi) in for a long over do grooming. The normal groomer I go to hadn't been answering phones calls for the last two days (frustrating!!) So I explored my options and found Micki's which is closest to my house. I called her the day of and she was able to squeeze me in same day (I was so appreciative!) And after the phone call I was very excited to meet her. I got there a little early and we talked about what I would like done. She listened, was very knowledgeable and after talking/meeting her she immediately put me and my oliver (dog) at ease. I loved her personality and you can really tell that she is someone who truly loves/cares for animals. Grooming took a little under 2 hours which was very reasonable and we'll timed. I also received a 20 minute notice prior to the appointment finishing. When I came to pick my baby up he looked and smelled amazing! I was so pleased with the service and quality of the job! I am never going to any other groomer again. Micki has my business from this point on."
