"Initially I was very pleased with the condition of my pup when I picked him up. When I dropped him off I had told them that he had started shaking his head two days prior to please clean his ears. Apparently that did not get done as a friend that was staying with me took a tissue and got immense amounts of black goop from his ears after the appointment. I’m not so happy about that."

"Although Cathy doesn't need another positive review and we no longer live in the area, I felt like I should check in and let anyone interested know that this salon is the best! I started taking my dogs there when Cathy 1st opened and saw her business grow and thrive over the years. She has such a clean and open floor space and every one can see exactly what is going on. The dogs are all happy campers. She and her mom used to handle every dog by themselves but that's not possible anymore so she seems to have a # of young associates nowadays helping. Her rates can't be beat and she does a great job. I Really appreciate that now that I've moved an hour away. Not only have I had trouble finding another groomer, but finding one that will do nearly as good of work at anywhere near her price and not tell you 3 to 4 months or more to schedule them in. I have even resorted to driving back a few times but it turns into an all day event of driving. You can trust her with your furbabies!"
