"I have used this Walgreens Pharmacy for 4.5 years. If I could rate them a negative star review I would. Example I take a regular lifesaving medication, every time I try to renew the prescription there is an issue. They state I have to obtain prior authorization. Since I have obtained prior authorization, and I have not invented time travel to jump into the future, I know this to be a fat out lie by the pharmacy. 2 months ago they tried to bill my old insurance and then informed me that I was not covered for my prescription. Today I found out that they were supposed to give me a 3 month supply and I only received a 1 month supply and they closed my prescription. I cannot simply get my medication and move on, but I have to wait on a Walgreens resolution center to decide if they can fill the remainder of the script because of their error. Lead time? 7-10 days. The turn over at this location is high. The staff is unfriendly and do not take the time to help. They would rather lie to you and improperly fill prescriptions. If you have an alternative, look for another pharmacy. I have. I will no longer be a Walgreens customer."

"Beware! This Walgreens location are price gouging all their products. For example, Listerine they are asking over $10.00 everywhere else they are much cheaper. I wouldn't be surprised if other items are as well."

"I am going down and quitting my prescription I have had since 2009 when my sister got murdered.. and my doctor has made it VERY specific which I appreciate. (Very specific medication that you can not go without). This male pharmacist (not the female) has made me go days without my medication that could have given me seizures and even killed me. He’s very aggressive and he’s not the type of pharmacist you need. Stay FAR away! If it was just the woman I would say it was a great pharmacy! He needs to find a new job being so nervous ..he puts you at grave risk over his strange “control problem” He says it’s “federal rules” but I’ve learned that was a bunch of bullcrap.. we are moving asap"

"Scheduled Covid vaccine booster on-line. Arrived at appointment time and were told they don't have vaccine and don't know when they will get it. Laughed when I asked why I was allowed to Schedule if they had not even received them Waisted half a day."

"On Thursday at 5pm pharmacy told me they were still trying to fill prescriptions from Tuesday. They didn’t know when they’d be able to fill mine (sent by Dr at 1pm Thursday). Meijer tried to call them to transfer prescription to them but Walgreen Pharmacy didn’t answer their call after waiting 15 minutes & said this happens all the time. My husband and I got vaccines at this Walmart & they kept us waiting 30 minutes even tough we had an appointment. When documenting these vaccinations they did not include the vaccine lot expiration date. Will never use this pharmacy again."
