"We originally scheduled with her with our two dogs, but when our appointment day came up we had to cancel for a minor home emergency, and she let us reschedule with no hassle two weeks later. Round two. We get there, and one of our dogs cooperates and one DOES NOT. Totally our fault. I spent half an hour trying to wrassle him in the door to get his treatment, but it isn't happening. She tried her best to help us get Dylan in the door to get a bath, but it became apparent that he was not gonna cooperate under any circumstances. So Haley got dolled up while Dylan pouted in the car, and she let us off the hook for him twice. Haley was a pretty princess, and Dylan was a butthead. Would definitely recommend."
