Kylie was really patient and worked with Captain to make him feel comfortable and he did great. The van is gorgeous, clean, well appointed. Such a convenient service when I'm working from home and have a full day of calls. Captain came out super spiffy and smelling great and so happy. She really removed a lot of his undercoat so that when I pet him or he brushes against me now there is no hair on me, and I'm sold to be a regular monthly customer to keep up with his undercoat shedding."
