"The first 3 pics are of my dog Peter BEFORE we dropped him off today. Clearly his eyes were perfect. The last photo is how we picked him up....EYE SWOLLEN SHUT. The groomer said he was like that when we left him. It is bad enough that he is hurt and in pain but EVEN WORSE THAT THEY LIE ABOUT IT!!! Just left the vet who said it was definitely a grooming issue. BEWARE!!!!! This was the second time we have used this place. The first time they gave our very nice leashes to the wrong owners and we were given very used leashes that weren't ours! They did nothing to correct that mistake either and it should have been a HUGE red flag to me to NOT GO BACK. I can handle accidents. I CANNOT HANDLE LIARS."
