She was matted at a little bit on her legs but this woman shave my poor Hannah down to bare skin in places and then the hair on her ears was on even with long pieces sticking out. Her face wasn't cut as I asked I felt so bad for my poor dog not to mention about killing myself going up the steps in the back of her house from the shop they're real bad I will never ever take my Hannah there again and I would not recommend her to anybody she's not worth the heartache or the money"
