"Scheduled my appointment for my 5 year old a couple weeks ago, asked them on the phone if they accept care credit for any co pays and deductibles and they told me yes. Get in there today and they still tell me they accept care credit. Proceeded to fill out a ton of paperwork then they go to run my care credit card and it kept declining. Call care credit customer service and they told me that they don’t have a contract with care credit that’s why it’s declining. So after having to get a sitter for my other son, and filling out a ridiculous amount of paperwork, they told me false information and we had to leave. No apology from the front desk and she was very rude. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!"
