"Was referred here for ADHD testing for my son. After 2 1/2 hours he was deemed as not having it. Still having issues at school….seeing a therapist and shared reports with her. This quack did a cognitive and IQ assessment using scales from the 1980’s. Nothing related to ADHD. I now have to start this entire process over again. He definitely misunderstood the assignment! And they don’t return calls or follow up promptly. It’s a ridiculous office. Go elsewhere!!"

"Was given a referral here by my primary care doctor due to some previous concussions. Went and had my evaluation. Before I went back I asked the lady at the front desk if it was all going to be covered by my insurance, to which she replied yes and took my insurance information from me. I went along with the appointment, however it took Almost 2 months to get my results, during which time I called multiple times and spoke to the extremely rude and unprofessional front desk lady. Then was simply prescribed anti depressants for anxiety.....I told him to save the paper because I will not fill the prescription and did not. Almost two years later I got a bill for around $1500 from my appointment! I called and talked to the new office manager who said the previous lady had messed up some billing. I explained that I was told before I ever even came into the back that I was told my insurance was going to cover it. Her reply was “I’m sorry for that, but at this point there is nothing we can do besides knock some money off.” I refused to pay and now almost 3 years later I got sent to collections. All in all horrible experience, a prime example of our “healthcare system” at work and just out to make a buck."

"It’s funny. I’ve only met with Dr Deldotto once. I have future appts. In my past I have met and seen numerous psychologists and psychiatrists! Most of them worthless that’s why I wanted to write this review. It’s rare in these days to find a truly good therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist The first time I met Dr Deldotto I knew I immediately liked the man! He came across caring, thoughtful, with a true concern of u as a patient, also with a sense of humor I know how hard it is to find a good dr the mental health care industry. Believe me I’m have messed up greatly by incompetent Drs! In saying that they feel anyone would truly be happy with this dr. I have another appt with him if my position changes I will let u know. Those of you out there that have found a compassionate caring therapist etc in the field PLEASE let others know it can truly make a difference in a persons health"
