"Asia is great with our small dog Molly! She is always willing to fit her into her scheduled day for a quick mail trim while I hold our very anxious 7 pound DachChi. Asia works really hard to provide a caring service for pet owners at reasonable costs. She obviously loves dogs! Thank you, Asia!"
"I don’t believe any of these 4 and 5 star reviews! Probably friends of people that work there. Very dirty and smelly! Asia was the worst groomer I have ever met! If she doesn’t like her job she needs to leave the business. Her attitude was so bad that I left without leaving my puppy with her for her scheduled appointment. I will let all my fellow pet owners know to never take their fur babies to All Star. This place should be inspected for health conditions for animals. I’m sure it would fail!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would! Customer service is absolute zero. We have had our puppy Coco for 4 months. She has not yet had any grooming done due to needing all of her shots done beforehand. I booked an appointment at All Star for her first haircut. I was very excited but also nervous, as this was her first hair cut and I didn’t want her to be scared of hair cuts the rest of her life if it was a bad experience. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how dirty the place was and the awful smell. I told the woman behind the desk, “This is coco she has an appointment at 12:30.” She couldn’t find my appointment at first and then was able to locate it. I said “this is her first time being groomed, and she’s scared so please be gentle, I just want her to have a good experience.” My dog was physically shaking so I wanted to let her know why! The woman looked at Coco and then said, “WELL I’m probably not the groomer for you then, if you don’t trust your groomer you shouldn’t be here.” ….. this was the FIRST TIME i was meeting or talking to this woman and she acted like I was disrespecting her. I told her that she took what I said the wrong way, and that I was just nervous about this being her first time here AND my first experience with this groomer. She then had a huge attitude and said I shouldn’t be there if I don’t trust her. I said “okay thanks anyway” and walked out. I will not be returning!"
"I’m usually not one to complain— but I’m very disappointed even though we were very excited to find this groomer. After moving to the area our dog needed a good grooming, we did some research and found this place on google with 4.9 stars and pretty close to our new house that was able to get us in within a couple of days. My husband had taken her in and brought her back. As soon as he returned with her, I noticed she smelled bad. I immediately messaged the business page and let her know I was not happy with the way she smelled— she got back with me the next day and offered to let me bring her back in so she could spray her with conditioner to “help with the smell”. Immediately no! I decided to just do what I could at home. After a couple of days I noticed my dog had still been shedding a lot, which is not something we’ve had happen at any other place we’ve had her groomed at before. The shedding usually stays minimal for a good 2 months at the least. 4-5 days after the groom, I noticed my dog has developed a hot spot (she has NEVER in 4 years had a hot spot). We went out and bought her a collar to keep from licking and some stuff to help heal— the next day she vomited on our bed. I asked my husband if the groomer ever asked him to provide vet records— with everything going chaotic going on I guess it slipped his mind. If I would have known vet records were not required I would not have taken my dog here. My dog is up to date and healthy, but that doesn’t mean other dogs who aren’t required to provide records are. I’m SEVERELY disappointed and absolutely never recommending this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money! I just wasted $90, have to have her re groomed elsewhere, AND possibly take her to the vet!"
"Feeling a bit sentimental as my dog recently passed but I remember the 1st time bringing him here as a kid well over 15 years ago and they have never been anything short of five star worthy as far as grooming goes. Always nice, and happy to see him as long time customers, got to the point where they knew him as soon as we walked in the door or called to make an appointment. You couldn’t make a better choice sending your pet her for grooming."
