"The staff and teacher is very friendly caring and would go above & beyond to help the students and I appreciate it very much and also would like to work there"
"This is the most unprofessional and disorganized registration and admissions office I have called. The woman who answered the phone was condescending, frankly couldnt articulate a thought without over talking us, and just someone who shouldnt be answering the phone. We paid to have transcripts sent over 3 months ago and now are being told they wont look at them, to come in and talk to someone. She refused to answer any questions or assist in any manner. Again typically Detroit illiteracy, inability to comprehend and failure to do the job you are paid for.WHY WOULD ANYONE ENROLL HERE WHEN YOU CANT EVEN GET A SIMPLE QUESTION ANSWERED? I tried again to deal with them and once again was treated with hostility and disrespect trying to enroll. One section offering across all campuses for a required class? Be for real. The advisor treecee or whatever their name is, was so rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt pay these people to train my dog, let alone give them thousands for tuition. Theres plenty of other options in metro Detroit."
"Worst college I ever attended. Staff rarely show up for work or answer the phones, the professors behave like they don't care about their job, and the financial aid office has messed up my aid so many times, I had lost hundreds of dollars for college. I do NOT recommend."
"A great institution for higher education and certificate training programs. They've also just opened a new entrepreneurship center @ the downtown campus!"
