"We apologize we no longer use our website we have switched over to FB. As to the July 1st review we had closed unexpectedly for a funeral as our counselor Harrison sadly passed. We also like to apologize for our short staffing during COVID that resulted in delayed responses in phone calls. We would also like to address the "politics" comment. This was when masks were still required by the CDC and we were required to adhere to the law, this had nothing to do with our business views. "I made an appointment 2 weeks ago set for today July 17th at 1pm. I get here the door is locked. After calling multiple times, I receive a call back, saying oh the therapist is not in today. I said I wasn't told any of this. All she could say was I'm sorry you were not contacted!! This was supposed to be my first ever appointment and this was not a great way to bring someone in who was hesitant in the first place!!"
