"I really don’t like leaving negative comments but I am so upset. I thought i had finally found someone that my dog would let groom her. She is a puppy mill rescue and needs meds for grooming. I had an appointment scheduled for November 18 then tested positive for covid but according to health department was off quarantine November 17 so I called Dawn to see how to proceed. She said she preferred to reschedule which I completely understood. We rescheduled for November 28 at noon. I get there and she said I never called her back to confirm. We never discussed that I was to call her back. The appointment was confirmed during or initial phone call! She was unprofessional basically calling me a liar!! I am so disappointed!"
