"Wasn't very helpful. I went there last year and I got switched from one therapist to another. Followed by constant cancellations of my appointment for stupid reasons like unexpected vacations or cancelling last minute to deal with other stuff at the brownstown location. I didn't come there to be treated as trash by getting only a couple visits after getting switched. Another very upsetting issue is how they penalize me by not working with social security because of previous incidents related to people going to therapy to get on social security then quitting. I shouldn't be treated poorly for another person's actions. Especially when it is a difference between me getting income and living on the streets."

"For a place that specializes in mental health....they should have a more polite and welcoming receptionist. She was extremely rude and short with me. Had no patience for any of my questions. I am trying to break a generational curse and ignore the taboo by getting help (for the first time ever) , she amplified my anxiety and turned me off from ever calling again!"

"it took over a month to even talk to one of the therapists here and set up and appointment and it took several calls to get them to reach out to me. Every time I called, one of the receptionists is very rude and unhelpful. I'm not sure how I am supposed to feel comfortable coming here when the receptionist is so abrasive."

"Office Receptionist is curt and rude. If you work in a place that attracts many clients with phone anxiety, you should be more considerate and welcoming. Individual therapists may be kind, but the desk staff is NOT."
