"I have been seeing Dr. Kemske for close to 20 years. I went in very reluctantly and was not a fan of therapy or sharing much of anything for that matter. She has done amazing work with me and I cannot thank her enough. I am having conversations with my family and especially my wife that I would never have even considered before working with Kim. I do not consider her a therapist as much as a teacher. She has taught me how to process my thoughts and feelings and how to effectively deal with the many challenges that life brings. There is a reason for everything, and if you can get to the why, then you can understand your actions. I am wound a bit tight and have a pretty stressful career. Without her help I would have had extreme difficulty in dealing with the challenges and stress that we all have in our lives. I highly recommend therapy for everyone (never thought I would ever say that) and for me personally, Kim has enabled me to succeed in my personal relationships both at work and with my family. I am thankful for what she has taught me and after all this time I still learn something every session."
