"I was at the Canton Center Road location for PT because of a back injury. Sue and Coleen did a great job listening to my symptoms and customizing my treatments accordingly. They were professional and very nice people. I appreciated Sue’s constant reminders about my posture as well as her efforts during treatments to loosen very tight muscles. The staff that taught me specific exercises for my injury, especially Caroline, were very pleasant and professional and were willing to talk on a personal level and not just all business. The entire staff was very personable which is a valuable trait for people in this profession. I would definitely recommend this location for physical therapy. Thank you guys very much."

"Therapists wait until your arrival to look at your chart and information. They do not decide how best to treat you before you are there, nor do they handle issues until your appointment time. I made my appointment far in advance and filled everything out online. I’d even had multiple conversations with the receptionist to work out possible kinks. When I got there, the therapist discovered that she didn’t know how to treat me and needed to talk to my doctor (who’s office was downstairs). She called while I waited and couldn’t get through. She didn’t try to walk downstairs or send someone. Then she said she could ask her boss for advice, but that he was busy and she didn’t want to interrupt for a chat. She said she could do an evaluation instead of therapy, which would have significantly helped the situation, but then changed her mind and cancelled my appointments completely. She was now requiring multiple, detailed referrals from several different doctors. She clearly felt zero personal responsibility to actually help, and got me out of there as quickly as she could."
