"Super disappointed! I went today as a new patient. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. My appt was at 11:00 a.m. Finally, at 11:45 I asked the receptionist if it would be much longer, and that this was extremely unprofessional. She responded, “this is normal for a doctor’s office to wait this long.” Well, with that attitude, I left. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!"
