"Dr. Fatima Beydoun is AMAZING—10/5 stars. I have seen her twice for annual physicals and she is thoughtful, caring, insightful, and listens to concerns and questions. Easy to talk to, nonjudgemental, gets her doctor notes in and sent to you in a very timely manner. Nurses - 5/5 stars. Non-doctor medical providers at this facility have all been very personable, pleasant, and helpful. Skilled in venipuncture in my 3 times getting blood drawn, no issues there. I’d give specific shoutouts if I remembered the nurses’ names but unfortunately I do not. I’ll update this review if I learn of their names! :) General facility - 2.5/5 stars. In my 3 different visits I have used the restroom twice and been roomed in 3 exam rooms. The restroom has been adequately clean both times. All 3 rooms have been less than sparkling clean… dingy to my discomfort. Two of the rooms had windows which helped me feel less claustrophobic and helped pass any waiting time but the third was very small and had no windows and I felt uncomfortable in it. It appears they clean the parts that patients touch (exam table, door handles, most drawers where medical supplies are kept) but the walls, carpet/floor, cupboards, and other surfaces have been visibly dirty. I would recommend that they use a Mr Clean eraser on the walls, apply Windex to tech screens, replace or paint the ceiling tiles to give these spaces a bit more life and to help patients feel like the facility is clean. The lobby has been relatively clean, but I did notice a notably large amount of children’s (???) grubby handprints on the fish tank glass. A few hours of cleaning would really change the feel of the office in my opinion, and if possible I would recommend to update some of the molding and cabinet surfaces that are broken due to the facility clearly being quite old. Receptionist/CSR - 5/5 stars. Yesterday the receptionist was welcoming and cheerful to me and on the phone while I was in the lobby. In the past, customer service has been semi hit or miss when I’ve called or stopped in. Patient online portal - 4/5 stars. relatively easy to use but somewhat cumbersome. Helpful because it keeps all the labwork and visit notes easily accessible 24/7!! One of the other docs - 1/5 stars. In the past, I have seen another doctor for a brief labwork visit when Dr. Beydoun was out of the office. I did not have a good experience with her and personally will not see that doctor again. Hopefully it was just an “off” day for her."

"Dr. Zahoor is great. Like all doctors, she seems to be a little hurried or busy sometimes. Unfortunately almost every practice is more concerned with making money than anything else. Even the best doctors have to work in the framework we have imprisoned ourselves and our healthcare system in. The difference here being that she will take the time to talk with you if the situation calls for it. First appointment we talked for at least 30 minutes. She even remembers you and the details you share about your life. I don't know how rare that is in general, but it's super rare in my experience. The staff is also very nice and won't do that thing where if you call and ask a question they act like you're a huge inconvenience. Even if you are."

"Superior experience and customer service. Been coming to this office 21 years and I was extremely concerned when my longtime physician retired and his long time staff disappeared. However the service has maintained its excellent. I even had to use a substitute physician on my last visit because my new physician Dr. Beydoun was on leave."

"Dr. Zahoor is very knowledgeable, compassionate and I appreciate that she always keeps mental health in mind and finds alternatives that work for me. I’ve been looking for a PCP for so long and really lucked out in finding this place! They also always give me a same day appointment in emergencies. The receptionists are always so sweet and helpful!"
