"I was billed $ 395 for one therapy session. Working with the billing department is very difficult. Everyone tells me to call my insurance, which I did, and they said they covered all but 40%. So I had a 40% copay but still got charged the entire $395.. it sounds like the billing department is out of the country and it is very difficult to get answers."

"I had only about 11 sessions with Aileen (who was great BTW), but I had to cancel all future appointments due to billing issues. I was billed almost $900 for my sessions when I was told my fee would be very minimal. I went back and forth with billing for about 3 hours one week and was told that I would not get my money back. They admitted to billing me wrong and said that my insurance covers 80% of my therapy costs. I asked what they were going to do about the money I was charged and they could not tell me anything other than they could not give me my money back. I canceled all future appointments right away and am still getting billed for some of those appointments. I am having to sort things out on my own with my bank. It's very unfortunate as mental health services are so needed and this is driving people away."

"Very quick and efficient with scheduling/intake, but not accessible or staffed with representatives to be able to assist clients with concerns. When calling for support with billing issues, I was put on hold for 40 min and not able to speak with anyone who could respond to my claim that I was wrongfully billed. I called about two months ago to have all appointments cancelled for the indefinite future, and I was still scheduled for and billed for appointments that I canceled in advance. I am a huge proponent of therapy services, but this company is, in my opinion, an example of exploitation of people with mental health disabilities. Definitely left me with a feeling that I was being used for my money -- and weren't able to listen to my explanation or resolve the issue that I was victim to glitches in their scheduling and billing systems. Very unfortunate. From my experience , the organization set up is faulty and exploitive, while the therapy services I received were no more than standard."
