"they tell you medication is useful and needed in some cases but they can cut you off of it like you didn't even go there, they have no empathy for the side affects you might experience when cut off of your medication like at least i was, not sure about anyone else but i think it'd be nice when i walked in if they even started to know my name, but they don't, it's always there's a balance you owe, or you don't have money then we can't help you. my therapist here told me to call 911 if i had an emergency when i was just trying to re open my case and get my medication back on track after leaving him 4+ messages about what can i do and what not because my case here was closed due to things i could not control in my personal life.. i don't know i hope this helps. i don't believe their services are as good as 3.8 stars."

"I would use great caution with this place. I went to one session with my spouse with a positive attitude only to find what I believe is an unprofessional therapist with very likely a person bias against men... now many months later as have been tolerating their inept billing and accounting (double billing) by design or incompetence who knows..... I make an urgent call to them this week to have the immediate psychiatric PA call me or his supervising doctor since had concerns over a recent Rx and the language it contained along with fact my gut feeling was many issues converging and maybe my spouse become suicidal. 4 hours later apx 15 emergency responders were at my house as I had to 911 a possible medical emergency at my house while still driving home due to a call from a relative. I have emailed, faxed, and called, called again left VM,, this entity and thus far still no reply - THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS."
