"Another awesome 5 star medical provider. This is the fourth PT clinic I’ve tried in Brighton in 3 years, on behalf of myself and my elderly father. Service is efficient and friendly with quality PT you want to expect. The owner, Vinnie, and/or his wife are on site daily. This was important to us because there’s so much turnover at larger clinics. Seems ideally staffed with 2+ PTs and friendly support staff. It's not so big that you get lost in the crowd and it’s not too small that you don’t get the service level you would like to expect. At his age my dad's a weekly PT customer because of his chronic pain issues. Continuity of care and personnel is very important. I'm also a customer for 8 to 10 more weeks. I'm very pleased; more importantly, so is dad. They offered to get him fitted for a durable knee brace, covered by Medicare. AWESOME! We didn’t know that was possible. In 3 years, none of the other clinics even brought this up. Really? The most important reason for a five star review was revealed today when dad called to cancel his PT appointment because he had fallen. ( He's ok.) I was there for my PT when he called, which is how I found out he had fallen. I was very impressed with the patience and level of genuine personal concern for his well-being. Other clinics care, they do. But this was a level above and beyond what we'd seen elsewhere. Bravo Pro Motion Physical Therapy! and Thank You!"
