"Cheri Albertson is a nightmare to be avoided at all costs! I have never experienced anything like it before. She is extremely emotionally manipulative, and will gaslight you hard. I really have no idea what this lady is up to, but she is scary, dangerous, and extremely unprofessional. When I brought up her poor reviews online, she tried to gaslight me by telling me that was just parents that couldn't intimidate her and so they went online and posted it. That was a easy lie to debunk as the reviews are from people who saw her for therapy themselves."
"I think it's safe to assume they've changed hands based on some of the older reviews. Everyone I've spoken to has been incredibly kind and helpful. The office manager, Leigh, has always gotten back to me very quickly whenever I've had to leave a message (same day or next day) and is very personable. I do agree that the intake form is almost egregiously long (took me a little over 2hrs) and many of the questions are redundant, so it does need to be revised. However, it was worth it for the care I am receiving. My therapist is really good fit for me and is incredibly knowledgeable. I really like that I was given a bit of time to grow comfortable and develop trust and coping skills before getting into trauma work. I hope everyone seeking help can find as good of a fit :)"
"Found a therapist that I seemingly would have liked to connect with and confirmed they did take insurance. Then when it came time to pair me for a future visit apparently accepted insurances is just advertisement to get you in the door and in actuality there like a therapist who may or may not take it and they may or may not have availability. Felt like I was getting scrapes at the start. Seek mental health elsewhere."
"Let me start by saying that this place is a complete joke. If I could give them no stars, I would. My therapist who I recently saw here ended up leaving after I had been seeing her for a year. During her absence, she told me she understood if I needed to find a new therapist. I called the receptionist and they said they would call me back in a few days. I didn't end up hearing back for a week. The receptionist has absolutely no idea what she is doing and is extremely rude. They set me up with a new therapist which is the head therapist. Derrick didn't show up to my initial appointment as he was never notified by anybody. When I did end up meeting with Derrick, he didn't seem to want to help me at all. They also set me up with a appointment with Alison Badger, one of the psychiatrists. She didn't understand why I was seeing her even though I e-mailed her in advance and met with her before. Both Derrick and Alison both refused to fill out the paperwork that I requested. Derrick specifically told me, "there's no point in filling out the needed paperwork if you might not have a job tomorrow." Not really something you should say to a client that's experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and overwhelming stress. He then sent me to Alison and she didn't even notify me that she was refusing to fill the paperwork out. I had to call the receptionist to get a answer. Pretty sad you can't even reply to your clients. Once my therapist ended up leaving the company, I decided I wasn't going to waste my time here anymore. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. I would steer clear of this place. They only care about your money and don't care about helping you. You're better off somewhere else that actually takes the time to listen to you."
"The people on the phone were nice enough... but I never actually made it to my appointment because the new patient forms they require you to fill out are absolutely absurd in length and detail. Honestly, be prepared to spend 2-3 hours answering hundreds and hundreds of questions, many of them repetitive. When cancelling my appointment with them, I explained why and the woman on the phone confirmed that I wasn’t the only person to do so for this reason. She said it happens “all of the time.” What a horrible business model and initial impression this process creates. Maybe try TALKING to new patients first?"
