"Where to start? On my first visit, the therapist was over 15 minutes late, and the front desk person over charged my card by $196. The next day, when I informed them of the error, they initially offered to give me a check for the overcharged amount, then apparently changed their minds, and I had to wait several days for the money to come back to my account. Nevertheless, I showed up to my second appointment, only to be told my appointment had been canceled, just nobody thought to let me know. They just let me wait in the waiting room for nothing. This was the Grand Blanc location. Extremely unprofessional and rude front desk. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! Edit: I did see the response from the owner. It's strange that you said I canceled my appointment. I definitely remember being extremely displeased by my treatment, and expressing that. When I arrived today, the biller shut the door to her office as soon as I arrived, did not acknowledge me at all, let alone to tell me there was a problem with my appointment, and allowed me to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes. She only informed me that my appointment was canceled AFTER I finally asked her what was going on. Also, she was extremely snarky for someone who supposedly felt terrible for overcharging me such a large amount."
