"This place really deserves no stars instead of one. When I called to make the initial appointment they were clueless as far as insurance goes. How do you not know what insurances you accept? When we went to check in for the appointment the woman (office manager? Not sure) was very rude. We were already in the session speaking to the counselor when this same woman practically threw open the door and stated we had to leave now as the insurance would not cover it. Right in the middle of the session! The counselor was wonderful and told this woman it was fine she would go ahead and see us anyways she was not worried about the insurance, and she left in a huff. The next day the woman called me and stated that we could no longer go there as they were "not taking new patients" What the heck? Really? When I made the appointment no one advised me of that. This place is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. HORRIBLE office manager. Do not go here!!"
