"I would like to second Katie's review here. This place is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. My social worker tried referring me and my fiancee to this wretched place, and when I called I was made to feel as though my business wasn't welcomed even with his insurance. Out of pocket costs is just insanely rediculous. So I told my social worker this, and she called them, in Wich Theresa answered the phone. My social worker explained the situation and wanted to clarify the cost for couples counseling and explained she was on speaker phone. Well that didn't seem to bother her any! She was very rude to my social worker and proceeded to say that me and my fiancee are not even family, at Wich point my social worker just hung up the phone on her. Yeah no wonder why there are so many failed relationships and marriage's. Because of places like this wanting outrageous amounts of cash and then blantely saying your not even family. Sounds to me like you need some counseling and be taught the definition of FAMILY Theresa! Family doesn't matter here!"

"We used her text option to reach out for counseling info and she responded back wanting insurance info before agreeing to help or even knowing all the details of our situation. I gave her both insurance policies that we have and she said she didn’t take either and that neither insurance company would pay for the type of counseling we were looking for so she couldn’t help me. I verified with our insurance companies that we had appropriate coverage for what type of counseling we were seeking and asked her why, if she didn’t accept our insurance she couldn’t see us if we just paid out of pocket because we were willing to pay whatever and she didn’t respond. She basically denied us without just cause. Her texts were cold, rude and disrespectful. It was a very poor impression of an individual who’s career is to help others."
