"The office staff at this location is TERRIBLE! After waiting for weeks to get a call to schedule an appointment, they finally called but I missed the call. When I called back, the lady who answered was super rude and adamant that I was not in their system for a referral. Really? Then how did I get a call to begin with? I finally ended up calling the referral department myself and asking them to refer me to another office because I was not about to deal with that lady’s bad attitude every time I went in for an appointment. If you hate your job that bad then just quit! They are rude, super unprofessional, and have no sense of customer service whatsoever!"

"Super lousy customer service! I was referred in late March of 2021, the referral never got processed by the incompetent people there. I had to scan and send it via e-mail. Meanwhile, more waiting, one week or more! Then the evaluation is finally scheduled, the insurance was not authorized for more sessions, I wait over a week for that to happen. Finally, the physical therapist is not returning my voicemails about scheduling the physical therapy and it's now May 14th?!? I started one month ago on April 14th, this clinic is messed up and I'm not impatient, they are super slow, I have my facts to back it up too, I do NOT recommend them to anyone!!"
