"I saw Britt for almost 2 years. What started as a healthy way to process the stress of my job turned into so much more. What I appreciated about Britt was his willingness to be flexible. We tackled everyday stress, childhood trauma, and even did some career counseling as well. Whatever I needed that day is what Britt did. He made goals that were specific to me and my own goals, and did not use cookie cutter interventions. However, the best part of my experience with Britt was his attitude when things got tough. Counseling can be hard and there was a time when I wanted to quit. Britt was kind and understanding during this time, he allowed me space without repercussions, but also pushed me to continue moving forward. The push was professional, respectful, and although I didn’t realize it at the time, was exactly what I needed. 6 months post counseling, I am now living a healthy and successful life.
