"Rachel is the best therapist I've had. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are on the fence about seeing her, please just go to an intake session and feel out the atmosphere. She's not condescending, she's listens without judgment, and will point things out that you need to hear. She is great about establishing goals and how you'll know when you've reached a goal. She explains the kind of therapy you are using and is wonderful with EMDR. It's always a good idea to be educated on the kind of therapy you are receiving and she provides links to help you understand how some therapies work. I would also recommend looking at her Psychology Today profile to see what she specializes in and to make sure it aligns with what you're looking to get out of therapy. She offers telehealth and in-person sessions, so she can work with what you need. Vibes are immaculate. 100/10 would recommend."
