College East Apartments

College East Apartments is a vibrant and diverse community located at 174 East 14th Street in Holland, Michigan. As part of the esteemed Hope College, our residents have access to a wide range of academic programs and extracurricular opportunities. With over 90 majors, minors, and pre-professional programs, students can explore their interests and prepare for successful careers after graduation.

Our apartment complex houses up to 112 upperclassmen in 23 spacious apartments. Each unit is supervised by a resident director and three resident assistants, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. The second-floor lounge features a big-screen TV, board games, and comfortable furniture for socializing and relaxation. For studying, a printer station is conveniently located on the third floor, along with plenty of tables and chairs. Additionally, laundry facilities are available in the basement for added convenience.
