"This was the first time taking my three Havanese to Sharon's. Two of my dogs are under 10 lbs, and one is 12 lbs. They were not matted, I just wanted a trim, feet face and fanny. The cuts were shorter than I wanted, but the problem was the price. I was charged $175.00, I asked if they charge $60.00 for a ten pound dog, do they charge $600.00 for a 100 lbs? Sharon said "oh no dear we would never charge that much" I asked do you charge more then $200.00? Again the answer was no. So why was I charged $60.00 for 10 lbs? This was my first visit and my last."
"First time to sharrons, my two dogs got shaved when I said do not shave. Here I had to put my dogs in cage & had to retrieve them from cage again. Never have I ever had to do that. My dogs were so excited they we’re running everywhere. It was chaotic. All Sharon did was collect the money. Will not return."
