Kroger

"Used to be my favorite grocery store. Then, after their last huge make over, things started to slip. Employees weren't as friendly, food was often out of stock. Most times I've shopped there since Covid, I'm pretty sure, before I even leave home, that I won't find everything I've gone shopping for. It's difficult to beat the fuel points and personalized coupons and Tracy, the pharmacist, is the best, so I'll continue to shop there. I just wish they'd get back on their game."

"Tonight is Friday, February 9,2024. This morning I was in your Kroger and I picked up a couple of items. And it was very busy and when I went to the Self Checkout. I didn't even have to wait for an available Self Serve Register. The, cashier at the Self Serve Checkout was very friendly and polite. Back in the day, and I used to live in Chesterfield and I remember when, this was to be a Great Scott !supermarket and I remember when Kroger bought the Great Scott !supermarket chain years ago. Now, that I am living in Eastpointe and I usually shop at the Harper Woods and St. Clair Shores Krogers. The, next time when I am in the Chesterfield/New Baltimore area and I will be stopping in the Chesterfield/New Baltimore Kroger."

"I go out of my way for this Kroger. The store is little out dated but the workers are so kind and helpful especially the bakery. It’s so nice to see smiles and kindness! Kudos to management! Thank you!"

"Nice store that always seems to have what I am looking for, but also usually has ridiculously long lines at every self checkout because they don't open all of their registers. What should usually be a quick trip in and out usually turns into a much longer trip due to the lack of staff checking people out. It's a problem everywhere, but maybe this store can make a change so the customers have a better experience"

"I come here pretty frequently, and use the pickup option the most. With pickup I do not wait very long for my order to come out and out of 3 years of living here I have only had one slight issue so far. Kroger’s phone customer service took care of the issue in the most professional manner. Whenever I go inside, the store is clean, the staff is friendly and so are the other customers shopping. It’s just a great environment. And the houseplants selection is very nice. I’ve gotten alocasias, begonias, teneki ficus rubber plant, orchids and some cute little succulents that I still can’t identify to this day. The bakery section is very nice as well, my favorite is the lemon cake in the refrigerated section, the blueberry pound cake and the lemon pudding bundt. I like to take advantage of the app before I even walk into the store because the coupons and cash back options have saved me so much money. I’ve once saved over $120 in one visit."
