"My parents have received excellent care here. Everyone goes above and beyond to care for and to show love and concern to my folks."
"My mother was there a few months ago there staff is unprofessional they are negligent of the patient there you make a complaint they just ignore it they left her in bed for hours at a time in soaked and soiled clothing she ended up with a very bad infection cause of it they lost her clothing and have refused to address the issue I wouldn’t recommend this place for human or animal they should all be fired all the way up to the director"
"Medical staff needs work very poor attitudes from the staff in the West end would not recommend sending a loved one to them unless they want them treated poorly"
"The physical and medical care at this facility from April-June 2023 was very poor! Communication with family regarding care was basically non-existent. Laundry services are poorly managed and most of my family member's clothes were lost and never returned. They do NOT have beautician services (haircuts) available! I would recommend finding a different facility!"
"My father had to stay here after a fall for 15 days. First off, they make you sign a DNR order, which when asked why, the nurse wasnt sure. They just cant accept the patient without signing it. They gave him one shower a couple days after he arrived and that was it. He would ask for one but the nurses would tell him his shower days were Sunday and Wednesday. On his shower days his nurses would tell him he wasn't on their list for a shower and would look into getting him one. They never did. He would ask for a coffee in the morning it would be brought to him more than 30 minutes later cold. They put him on meds he hadn't taken in years. We took him to a follow up appointment in Grand Rapids and found his blood pressure was almost unreadable. Older patient across the hall from my Father was yelling help me and I went out into the hall and the nurses were just at their desk or talking. No one was helping. It's an obvious for-profit center with very little care or knowledge on how to care for these patients. I am glad we were able to bring my Father home."
