"Take it from me! The five star reviews are from people that work there! I was a client here for over three years. They act nice to your face but in reality, this is how it was: The company always sent girls (with the exception of two of them) that had NO experience. Most of the time they were from indeed just trying to make it look like they were looking for a job. One of the girls that walked out on me actually said the words “it’s just so hard to get high anymore“ (and they just placed her at another case) The company would ask to pull my help for the day and place them into another case even though I require 24/7 care. Multiple workers literally walked out on me countless times and still had a job while I was left without help. And to top it all off, my worker got a text that said, “we will be withdrawing from your client’s case by 6P.M. tonight. If you still want a job with woodland…” and that’s how I found out my care was dropped. Nobody contacted my husband, my case manager or even myself. Honestly if you want to just stay away from any drama, go with a different company. Any person in need of care deserves to be treated with the utmost care and you won’t find that here"
