"Nurse Jody deserves the biggest kudo call out ever she went out of her way to stop for me when I got into a car accident this morning. She took my one year old pup and placed her in her vehicle while her and a few other nurses stopped to check on me as my car flipped 3 times. She also notified the vet clinic of my pups about to be missed appointment and then offered to drive her there herself so my pup was able to be quickly checked out for injuries also. She waited with me untili was placed on the stretcher. I can never repay those ladies kindness but thus nurse definitely I feel went above and beyond for me and my pup thank you for having su h wonderful staffing."

"The appt did not take place. I arrived at approx 12:30 to have a wound looked at on my son. I understood there to be a wait. I made note to the attendant when I checked in upon arrival that I needed to get my son back to school by 2pm if possible. I was told the wait would be about a half hr. (Assuming that ment he would be seen at that time) At just before 1 I was called in to "register" my son after already completing the online portal. I asked again the wait time. I was told not sure there was one before us and there were only two practitioners there today. I waited until 1:30 to get called in, at which point every other car in the parking lot was now gone, the last one leaving 5 mins prior. I walked in to return the clip board and let the staff know that we couldn't wait any longer to find 4-5 people standing in the registration area talking. I understand the dynamics of a walk in clinic. I understand my son's wound was non emergent. My frustration is the 30 min wait after arriving thinking that the pre-registration was completed and that we would be seeing someone. In addition to finding what appeared to be all the staff chatting while someone was waiting to be seen. To make matters worse, the lady I notified that we were leaving just said ok with no additional comment or question. As I was pulling away from the building, literally 30 seconds after leaving the building I received a call. In my frustration with the situation, I did not answer."

"The people were friendly and efficient. They were able to get me a follow-up appointment with my doctor. Only criticism is the long wait. A call ahead option or appointment would be great."

"Check in staff was very nice. I was not impressed with my visit once I was checked in though. The PA did absolutely nothing and asked if I wanted “nasal spray” for my lung and sinus infection. Safe to say I was pretty unimpressed when I left. Again, staff in the front was great and kind, just very unsatisfied with the PA!"
