"I had taken my fur baby to this groomer for 10 years. I was rudely treated when my dog was cut below its eye and I requested that she no longer be trimmed in that area and that I would do that at home. I was told to find another groomer. This was when they called the day before her appointment. This had happened years ago and I continued to go without any incidents for years. The vet bills were 190.00 as she also had a scratched cornea. We have never taken our dog in with even a mat so she is probably one of a few that isn’t matted and I’m sure she doesn’t require the time that some do so I didn’t think they needed to hurry so much around her eyes as to be snipped and leave a sore that ended up requiring a vet. It was if the owner became the victim in some way. Would not recommend. I am giving a 2 star instead of 1 due to many years without incidents."
