"Rude front desk staff if you're less than perfect on attendance. My son's father missed my son's appt and they chewed him out, kicking him out if he misses once more despite this not having occurred before. I get attendance policies and why they’re necessary, but life happens and there is no need to be rude. Go elsewhere if you're human."

"Very friendly people there. they give me the impression that they really care about me. They could be a little more up to date on the latest lymphedema treatments, though. But all in all, it's a good place to go for therapy and much easier than having to travel downstate. We are lucky to have such a fine facility right here."

"Dustin in Cedarville is great. The program is not organized and no one checks on if an appointment works for you before scheduling. They scheduled appointments a month out and half did not work, if you are employed. If they do not work for you and you need to cancel some, they take you off the schedule and you might not get one for a month. They will not open outer clinics!! Find somewhere else to take therapy. If you do not agree with them you will not get it."
