"Called and booked an appointment for my wife and I two weeks before our trip to sturgeon bay, the day of appointment we arrived ten minutes earlier, our appointment was at 930 am we attempted the door and knocked and no one answered I called the number on the website and said we were there for our appointment and the woman I talked to sounded confused but then found my name and said she had to call our esthetician and she’d call me back we waited ten more minutes and left. She then texted not called and said she was waiting to hear back from her employee, mind you when I made the appointment she said she would be working on both me and my wife, so one of us would have to wait while she worked on the other. She never said anything about another employee, this is just my assumption but I believe she made up the story because she honestly forgot about the appointment. I can’t say if her services are good because we never had a chance to try them but her professionalism and business etiquette are greatly lacking."
