"You can still get good care here but with the decline of doctors here sometimes you get service like a number and they don't take the time to listen to you and rush you through an appointment. I have switched to Aurora Baycare in Green Bay for better care where all the doctors work together and take their time when I have an appointment."

"The continuity of care is pretty bad. I have to double check and make sure the notes get to the doctor because the front desk does not pass messages along. The after hour nurses will also "forget" to inform the doctor. I was really sick and calling as symptoms got worse. No one ever told my Dr. This clinic has a GREAT Dr. And the urgent care has a great NP. Sadly, the gatekeepers have gatekeepers."

"Beware! Terrible customer service. I would never go back. They failed to get authorization for my insurance and now I have the bill. They won't take any responsibility for this. That's because they want to bill me for whole amount and insurance is a discounted amount. Stay away from this place . It's the only health care facilty I've ever had a problem with."

"Called to ask a few questions about my lab appointment the following week. Was told they would call me back shortly. Never happened. I called back the next day after still hearing nothing and was treated so incredibly rudely over the phone. There is no need to treat patients this way. I was left absolutely shocked at the demeanor on the phone. Do NOT go to this clinic. It's not worth the stress. They also have a tendency of not scheduling appointments properly. Will only be going to greenbay from here on."

"The staff is not very knowledgeable or considerate. I called to schedule labs for my doctor at Aurora. They said they had the orders to come on in. I told them I'd be in on my lunch break. When I got there I was checked in and seated. After waiting 20 minutes with no other people in the waiting room I asked the receptionist if there was something wrong. She told me the orders were there but they were unable to pull them. I explained I had called earlier and everything was fine. They apologized and told me to go to the Door county hospital to have them done. I explained again that I was on my lunch break. Not only was I unable to have my labs done, but I also didn't have lunch. I wouldn't recommend going here."
