Katie has been absolutely awesome with her and we have been 100% pleased with the work she puts in to grooming her, Rose looks, smells and feels so nice when we pick her up. "This was Rex's 1st time, ever, going to a groomers. He's 4 years old and he's always been bathed and brushed at home. They were SO patient and kind, with him, even though he screamed at her the whole time (he's a shepherd/husky mix). They were able to do everything I asked for plus (I told them whatever he would allow them to do besides what he needed done). He went in looking like a ragamuffin and came out looking like the handsome boy he is. He'll definitely will be back for future grooming. ♥ ☺"
