"This place is unorganized and aloof. The staff here is nice and kind, but they don't communicate about appointments, records, or preferences. They started charging me for services I "will have in the future" because it's their "payment plan everyone signs up for", but I never signed anything. I'm just not confident they can provide the quality of care - emotionally and medically - that I'm looking for in pregnancy and delivery. They seem to be okay with the low standards, though, because two employees agreed with me that I could find better care elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that sets the bar a bit higher for care and medical experience. Plus it's completely impossible to get them to receive or send your records anywhere else."
"Terrible place. Their scheduling is awful. If you're a working mother then don't bother because they aren't flexible at all. The office is unorganized at best. They screw up appointments."
