"Office staff have been continuously rude and inefficient. My personal worst experience was trying to set up an appointment per Dr. Smith - it was a test performed at a hospital, but the person who answered the phone insisted that he was just a blood test. Luckily the person in charge of the office was able to fix it after I showed up at the office as directed by the person on the phone, although the mistake almost made me have to wait another month to get that test done. Honestly, I love Dr. Smith, but I'm not sure how much more I can take of the office staff. I've also observed the staff being rude and insensitive to others in the waiting room. In addition, they loudly and constantly complain about patients within earshot of said patients. The office staff here need more training, oversight, and consequences to acting this way. This is unacceptable behavior anywhere, but especially in a medical office."

"Rude receptionists. They constantly don't give you enough refills on prescriptions because you need an appt but don't send you appt notices timely or won't let you make an appt in advance. I just feel helpless at this office."

"The worst treatment you'll ever get. They don't give a damn about you or the problems with your health. Your health will not be improved by them. The doctor and the front desk are both unprofessional, and nobody there is properly trained. Stay Away from this office."

"Just awful place. I had decided to switch providers right before I found out I was pregnant. I decided against a new provider because I didn't want the uncertainty. I wish I hadn't. It wouldn't even be such a problem if everyone were consistent. But you go in one week and get great care and go in the following week and are placed in an incredibly uncomfortable (physically) position for a fetal heart test, only to be forgotten about for about 40 minutes, and then have the tech/nurse discover they didn't set it up to record so you need to wait another 20 minutes (which turns into another 40 because they forgot about you again) I got genetic testing done and they called over the phone saying the results were normal. I asked if they could send me a copy of the results so I could see which tests they ran, but I said I didn't want to know the baby's sex. This can't be as unusual a request as it was made to seem, I had to - and this is important - explain SEVERAL times that I didn't want to know the baby's sex. The letter arrived and I was very worried that they may have forgotten to white out information that would tell me the sex. When I finally opened it, it was much worse. As soon as the letter flap was lifted, "IT'S A GIRL!" was visible in huge letters (like 72pt font!). The genetic tests were on a separate paper and XX was circled and highlighted. Thankfully this office is so awful that while I didn't anticipate the extent, I figured they would mess this up and so waited to open the envelope for several months, after my child was born, so they didn't ruin it. But had I naively expected professionalism, the surprise would have been ruined. My actual doctor was okay, but not great, and not good enough to put up with the office any longer."
